Established in 1893, Fraser, Ltd., by charter is the oldest human service agency in North Dakota. Our mission is to provide support to children, youth, and adults on their life's journey to independence. Fraser fosters the development of functional academic and independent living skills which are person centered and age appropriate. A variety of residential services are available for individuals over the age of 18 who require subsidized housing. We employ caring, responsible, and compassionate individuals on our team of over 250 professionals.


Graduate from a state-approved RN school and current North Dakota nursing license, Bachelor"s degree preferred. Minimum of six years experience in nursing with considerable knowledge of general nursing with two years work with the intellectually disable population and knowledge of this population's medial and mental health needs. Knowledge of rehabilitation/habilitation approaches and practices. This position will have some direct-care responsibilities; tested competency in developmental disabilities training modules within 18 months of employment is needed. The ability to manage staff, prioritize, organize caseload, and train employees is essential. Must be culturally proficient, motivated, ethical, and pass pre-employment drug and background test.
