Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Answer, respond, and manage all Rep Payee client calls
• Balances bank statements monthly
• Set up a budget for all individuals to follow for a guideline
• Assures all accounts have funds for bill paying and personal needs
• Knowledgeable about Social Security benefits and reviews services for compliance with Social Security Administration policies
• Maintain offsite mailing address and collection of mail daily
• Monitor and assist Rep Payee manager with completing yearly and monthly Representative Payee Report on all customers as needed
• Assist Rep Payee Manager with quarterly financial audit completion of internal Fraser, Ltd. clients
• Filing of financial statements, bills, and financial information
• Bill paying on a monthly basis
• Printing off checks for payments
• Serves as back up for the Representative Payee Manager
• Assist with the development of new and/or enhanced customer base to assure that quality services are provided for the people supported and individuals living in the community
• Manage and input data into RPM software
• Assist people to obtain and maintain eligibility for financial benefits, maintain financial files, and monitors financial status monthly
• Train other employees on financial duties i.e., maintaining Medical Assistance paperwork and filling out redetermination forms

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma required, bachelor’s level degree in education, social work, accounting, or a related field or 2-3 years equivalent experience working with Rep. Payee services.
Knowledge of benefit maintenance.
