Emergency Shelter

Extended Hours – Is a program that is an extension of Stepping Stones Resource Center. It extends the hours open during winter months to accommodate those who are homeless so they aren’t out in the cold.

Stepping Stones hours are 8a-8pm M-F. Extended Hours is 8p-8a 7 days per week. We accommodate approximately 10-15 youth per night. We serve youth ages 18-26 and their children.

To sign up, call Stepping Stones Resource Center at 701-356-8585 or stop in at 711 South University Drive prior to 8pm. On weekends call 701-356-8588 to be placed on the list.

This is a low barrier shelter, but at this time we are unable to support those who are registered sex offenders due to serving families.
