Coconut Bars

Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
1⁄2 cup butter

  • Mix and flatten out in 9×13″ pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.

Mix
1 can Eagle brand milk
3 cups angel flake coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Spread on baked crust. Put in oven 10 minutes. Melt a large chocolate candy bar in double boiler or microwave. Spread while hot.
