A New Resource for Youth Transitioning to Adulthood

Navigating life after high school can feel overwhelming, especially for young people with unique challenges and their families. The newly updated North Dakota Launch My Life website is here to help!

This resource was designed to provide students of all abilities – and their families – with guidance as they transition from high school to the next phase of their journey. Whether the goal is finding a job, enrolling in college, or learning a trade, this site offers valuable information and tools to help make the path forward clearer.

At Fraser, Ltd., we understand how critical this time can be. Our Transitional Youth Services support young people facing challenges like housing instability and the need for additional resources, while our Adult Independent Living Services provide supportive services in a residential environment, empowering adults with disabilities to live independently and stay engaged in their community. North Dakota Launch My Life is another tool that can help individuals access the resources they need to succeed.
